Besides the half covered pool and 4 what looks like fresh dug graves in the back was quite and easy off and back on highway. Convenience store right there

Bugs every where. Beds were good and clean. Close to I95 been travelling. In need of sleep. Won't return.

The staff was nice, rooms could be updated but it was clean. Was convenient off the highway and has a 24x7 convenience store next door. Pool was closed. :( Fairly quiet stay during Darlington race weekend.

Yikes. Well not horrible. But they lied to us about what we reserved before we arrived... Firstly, the guy with "angry eyebrows," as we nicknamed him, wanted to charge us an extra $5 for having a fourth person... Okay but the only problem was that we reserved the room ahead of time with two queen sized beds that can easily fit four people. So why would that be a problem? Why would that be extra money? Absolutely not! We refused to pay it, which of course they backed off of trying to rob us out of extra money. But whatever, so their ploy didn't work... Then we go into the room. NO SMOKE DETECTOR. Ripped out of the ceiling, no where to be found even if I wanted to try to rewire it in. Not only is this illegal and a fire code violation, but dangerous. No hand towels, only two rags, two bath towels and one for the floor. A toilet that barely could flush, yellow stains everywhere. (uh... Ew!). Bathroom was not pleasant. Bathroom door did not shut all the way or lock, tiles all damaged and cracked (did somebody say future issues with mold and mildew?). NOT queen sized beds (literally the only reason why we wanted the room, for larger bed space!!), horrible pillows (expected), only one outlet worked. Not the pair either, literally just one outlet. So when we woke up, our devices were dead and we had to take turns charging up. (Not a huge deal but I did have something important to submit in the morning.) No posted times when breakfast started and ended, so we just got up earlier to make sure we could get coffee. Only two cereals and some motel-quality coffee. And like apples or something. Really NOT clean. Skipped the food part. Decided to skip the shower, did not want to deal with whatever headache was in store. I have dealt with motel showers being extremely clogged in the past so I just had this bad feeling...

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, AC quiet and friendly staff. A light breakfast is even included. We only needed accomodations for 1 night as we were passing through so this place was perfect for the price.
